Eritadenine t\u00e1ch t\u1eeb m\u0169 <em>L. edodes <\/em>b\u1eb1ng HPLC cho 642,8 mg\/100g tr\u1ecdng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00f4, eritadenine \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf ACE v\u1edbi IC<sub>50<\/sub> 0,091 \u00b5M IC50, trong khi IC50 c\u1ee7a captopril l\u00e0 0,025 \u00b5M. Khi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng exo-polymer t\u1eeb n\u1ea5m h\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u 200mg\/kg BW tr\u00ean chu\u1ed9t b\u1ecb ti\u1ec3u \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng do streptozotocin g\u00e2y ra cho th\u1ea5y t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng gi\u1ea3m \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng huy\u1ebft 21,5% v\u00e0 t\u0103ng insulin l\u00ean t\u1edbi 22,1% so v\u1edbi nh\u00f3m \u0111\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng.
